To handle follow-up after the work and the warranty
To meet our legal and accounting obligations

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the people who need it to complete your project, such as a supplier or a subcontractor assigned to your job site, and only for that purpose.

Retention and security

Your information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the retention periods required by law, then destroyed. Access is limited to authorized people within the company.

Your rights

Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector , you can ask at any time to see your information, correct it or have it deleted. Write to info@renovationsctr.com and we will respond within the timelines set by law.
