Can I choose my own materials?
Yes. We work with a wide range of suppliers and finishes. You pick your tile, your flooring, your colours and your countertops, and we guide you on what holds up over time and stays on budget.
How long does a project take?
A full bathroom usually takes two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, a basement three to six. You get a detailed schedule before the first hammer swing.
Do you handle disaster restoration?
Yes: water damage, fire, sewer backup. We secure the site, we rebuild and we document every step with photos for your insurance claim.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. RBQ Licence 5824-9343-01, liability insurance and CNESST coverage all up to date. The certificates come with your quote, without you having to ask.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The on-site assessment and the written quote are free and come with no obligation, anywhere in our service area.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
In most cases, yes. We seal off the work area, we keep the dust down and we clean up every evening. On a major project, we tell you straight up right in the quote.
