Is the quote really free?
Yes. The on-site visit, the measurements and the written quote cost you nothing and commit you to nothing.
How long before I get a price?
Usually two to five business days after the visit, depending on the size of the project and the materials we need to price.
Do I need a permit for my work?
Often yes, as soon as we touch the structure, the plumbing or the electrical. We check with your city or borough and we take care of the application.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, for disaster restoration work. We produce a detailed report and a photo file that meet insurers' requirements.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes, as long as the work falls within our trades. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you straight up whether we're the right people.
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer, cheque and bank transfer. Payment is split into instalments tied to progress, never everything up front.
